This month my daughter and granddaughter came down for a few days before our road trip to New Orleans.

This was the first trip my daughter and I have taken together as adults. Then adding my granddaughter to the trip made it really special. I really enjoy being able to spend three full days with my granddaughter while my daughter participated in a conference. We were all exhausted at the end, but was well worth it.

Beth your granddaughter is a cutie. I am so glad you got to spend time with her. I am also envious of your trip to New Orleans, this is on my bucket list. I love the colorful characteristics of the street photography. My favorite is the beautiful building with the wrap around iron railings. I need to see that in person :)
